The upcoming Winter School offers one course track:

Managing Complex Systems Projects

Lecturers include Dr. Dinesh Verma, Stevens Institute of Technology, USA; Tom Strandberg, CSEP, CAG Syntell AB; Malin Calemark, CAG Syntell; and Dr. Jeff Wilcox, formerly VP of Engineering and VP of Digital Transformation at Lockheed Martin.

Leading projects with high technical and organisational complexity requires structure, judgement and a systems perspective. This course gives you the knowledge and tools needed to manage complexity with greater clarity, control and precision. During an intensive week, you will get a well-balanced combination of Systems Engineering (SE), Systems Thinking and Project Management (PM), enabling you to lead and deliver systems that meet both technical requirements and business objectives.

Location

The course takes place in the idyllic village of Tällberg, located in the heart of Dalarna. Tällberg is known for its scenic setting overlooking Lake Siljan. The week is held at Dalecarlia in Tällberg, making it an ideal location for combining focused studies with relaxation and outdoor activities.

Schedule and travel

The course starts on Sunday at 15:30 and ends on Friday at 14:00. Tällberg is most easily reached by train or car. We arrange transport from Tällberg railway station to the course venue.

Fees and discounts

The course fee is SEK 38,925 excluding VAT and includes course material and a diploma. The fee for accommodation and all meals is SEK 12,075 excluding VAT.

Early Bird: Register before 15 October to receive a 10% discount on the course fee. We also offer a group discount for five participants from the same organisation. Discounts cannot be combined.
